This communication serves as a follow-up to the Tuesday May 13th update “ACTION REQUIRED: UPDATED- Potential Adlumin Windows Agent Reinstall.”
During an operational incident on May 9th, Adlumin experienced an unexpected system outage that caused some Windows agents to automatically uninstall. Uninstalled Adlumin Windows Agents required re-installation to restore monitoring and protection.
As noted in May 13th communication there were some reports that the original query we provided did not retrieve the complete list of devices that had not checked in since the defined window.
New functionality has been added in the Adlumin platform allowing you to export an accurate list of devices that have not checked in during the defined window.
Instructions:
In order to access this export, the logged-in user must have the Customer Tenant Management permission. If you do not have this permission applied, please contact your Adlumin Admin.
- Once you have confirmed the right permissions are in place visit the Adlumin portal and go to Settings > Customer Tenant Management > Tenant Lookup > Click the “Export” icon to begin the download process. NOTE: Depending on the number of tenants the export may take anywhere between 2-5 minutes to generate the file.

- Open the exported csv file. New columns have been added. Column “I” will contain the tenant name. Column “J” will contain the names of the endpoints that have not checked in during the defined window. Column “K” will represent the date and time of the last agent check-in (in UTC time).
It is recommended that the endpoints listed should have the Adlumin agent uninstalled followed by a reinstall.
- For those who use N-central and N-sight UEM, we have provided you with an uninstall/install script along with step-by-step instructions.
- If you do not use N-central or N-sight you can still use the provided PowerShell script in your third-party UEM or for the alternative deployment method of your choice.
