While we continue innovating on our Analytics platform inside N-central we also now have an update to maintain our N-central Report Manager. The new Report Manager service pack (SP7) contains various bug fixes and improves the overall quality, performance and usability. It also upgrades the outdated Autotask SOAP API 1.6 to the modern Autotask REST API 1.0, ensuring continued reliability in ticket collection.
This service pack should be applied to your Report Manager server and does not require your N-central server version to be upgraded. For more details on this release including the list of fixed issues, please refer to the release notes and download link above.
