Release Notes

Preventing the Autotask API Failure due to High Volume Ticket Generation

We’ve fixed an issue where the sending large numbers of tickets in a single request to Autotask caused the API to reject the request. To prevent request failures, we’ve implemented an update that will automatically reduce the number of tickets sent in a single request.

Take Control agent not available due to decryption issue

We’ve fixed an issue where agents were unable to decrypt older Take Control configurations, which prevented them from retrieving settings. This occurred due to a recent encryption change that didn’t account for devices still using the previous method, blocking them from accessing settings with the new approach. This change is now reverted.
