• Blank Screen with Message Feature: Technicians can now display a customizable blank screen during remote sessions. This new feature allows the addition of text (up to 2 lines) with configurable colors and/or an image, providing clearer communication with end users.

• Various performance and usability improvements to ensure a seamless experience.

Important Note

• The new Blank Screen with Message will replace the older blank screen option in future releases. We recommend adopting this updated functionality to ensure continued compatibility.
