Release Take Control Admin Area

We are very pleased to announce the new version of the Take Control Admin Area including the new Audit Log functionality and some bug fixes and improvements.

  • Comprehensive Audit Log functionality. At the Admin Area, on “Reports > Audit Log”, it is now possible to view and filter all the actions allowed by the product
  • Fixed several small issues on the UI and localization in the Admin Area
  • Fixed a bug happening when a group with devices was deleted
  • Corrected a bug with the request description for Applets
  • Fixed an issue with characters validation for the Agents’ “Local Authentication” option
  • Solved an issue that was causing errors when the technicians tried to generate a shared link for a session video
  • Fixed a problem with sending an WoL command on certain circumstances
  • Fixed a cosmetic problem where an Applet request could be cancelled by the remote user but still be displayed as apparently pending
