We have been recently made aware of an issue in N-central 2022.8.0.14 where RDP connections do not connect properly. Take Control sessions are not affected. We are actively working on a solution. In the meantime, there is an agent side code drop available to use on Windows devices, with an N-central agent installed, where Take Control isn’t an option.
