We are currently experiencing an issue impacting the use of RDP, SSH and Web Page remote control in N-central. The failure message indicates that the digital certificate used by the Java-based remote control launcher has been revoked.

N-central versions 2020.1 and higher will experience issues with SSH and Web Page remote control. N-central versions 12.3 and earlier (including all service packs and hot fixes) will experience issues with RDP, SSH, and Web Page remote control.

Update: Our Engineering team have developed a code drop for this issue. Please contact Support to have them apply it to your N-central server.
