We will be performing a Cloud Service restart to update our Management Server infrastructure to version 17.9 on Thursday, 28th September.
The work will affect the availability of the Web-based Backup & Disaster Recovery Console as well as the legacy Cloud Management Console (CMC) for the standalone edition of Solarwinds Backup as well as the version of Solarwinds Backup integrated with SolarWinds N-Central , for a maximum of 30 minutes between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM UTC time.
Backups on end-point devices will continue working as normal and are not affected by this maintenance.
The version of Solarwinds Backup integrated with MSP Remote Management is not affected.
