Dear Customers,

Look for an update to the App Control cloud management component of MAX RemoteManagement later this week.  This release includes some small enhancements to improve general usability and to address some known issues.  This release also includes some valuable features for customers that would like to manage their MAX Mail services right from the MAX RemoteManagement Dashboard. Please see below for the full anticipated release notes.  During the update, the service may be unavailable for 30-60 seconds.

Summary for Release:

General Improvements

• The organization tree legend is updated with a hierarchy and labels
• For O365, the assigned user can edit the Send As permissions
• Improved user experience when entering multiple values on edit dialogs

MAX Mail Service Improvements

• LDAP authentication for users – allow users to configure LDAP authentication without the need for leaving MAX RM.
• Mail Traffic Widget now will show the date range
• Mail Traffic Tab Reporting Inaccurate Statistics – the race condition is now handled in which this was occurring and causing duplication of data
• As a MAX Mail User, I need to set a default retention policy
• “Domain Archive Delivery Address” should be visible as per requested on domain info boxes
• Full IMAP Archiving Journaling configuration options are available
• When creating a new user, only the organizations that apply to that domain are shown
• When editing the Client, IP address ranges used in configuring outbound SMTP traffic are included on a separate tab called “Mail IP Ranges”
