In connection with the on-going maintenance, the hosting provider has informed us of an incompatibility between hardware and firmware. Further maintenance on upload servers will be required to mitigate. Unfortunately, contracty to specific instructions, servers were shut down in such a way that no failover server was kept up. This will result in an interruption of most agent functionality including upload processing, overdue alerting, agent commands and updates. As of 18:53 GMT this is ongoing and is expected to be resolved within about an hour.
