GFI MAX RemoteManagement – HK – non-disruptive maintenance

Dear customers,

We have been informed of a hardware failure in infrastructure for MAX RM in HK Territory. Due to the redundant nature of the systems this does not noticeably affect customers and full redundancy will be restored shortly, however out of an abundance of caution we would like to inform customers of this non-disruptive maintenance.

Maintenance will be done on following time:
Saturday, 2 November 2013, 22:00-23:00 HKT
Saturday, 2 November 2013, 14:00-15:00 UTC
