while we are working to resolve issues on the gfimax.com website (only), customers usally logging on using eb-based dashboard login form on that can use the alternative form on gfi.com: https://www.gfi.com/app/max/max-dashboard/ or visit their dashboard URL directly.

The GFI MAX RemoteManagement system itself is not affected in any way.
