We’re pleased to inform you that we’ll be publishing an update for our Managed Antivirus agent. Starting Tuesday, December 9th, the agent will be updated to version 2.58.6.2, and it will be available in all regions by the end of the week.
This update enhances features, transitioning from Disinfectonly to Disinfect, and includes other improvements for product stability.
During the maintenance window:
- All devices remain protected.
- Definition updates will continue as normal.
However, the following N-sight (MAV-BD) functions will be unavailable:
- Accessing Dashboard Settings options or the Antivirus tab
- Opening Protection Policy screens
- Installing N-sight (MAV-BD)
- Upgrading the MAV-BD engine
- Running N-sight (MAV-BD) reports
- Accessing Quarantine
- Running commands from the contextual menu
Additionally, N-sight (MAV-BD) checks may fail during this period.
