Exciting new features and performance enhancements for Cloud Commander, including N-able login and a tenant onboarding tracker. These new enhancements will add additional streamline and contextual support information to assist partners adopting and adding tenants under management.  Additionally, N-able Login support will help unify N-able’s UEM’s with comprehensive multi-tenant management of Microsoft’s Cloud.

N-able Login

N-able Login is a great addition to the Cloud Commander product. New Tenant Onboarding Tracker

We’ve heard your feedback that adding tenants can be complex. The setup process has many steps to ensure proper enrollment and control. However, the order of these steps can be confusing. We’re excited to announce our new tenant onboarding tracker for CSP customer tenants. The onboarding steps are now in a clear progress tracker on a right information screen. We’ll enhance these screens to include more error information and make the status very clear. We will also roll out these screens for non-CSP tenants soon.  We have also made performance enhancements so onboarding happens faster and reduced risk for timeouts of complex tasks.

New partners will see the new tracker as they onboard.  Existing partners will see the new tracker over the next 2 weeks as we update your experience in the background.

Increased Performance

For partners managing many users or tenants, some screens and filters were sluggish with large datasets. We’ve implemented new backend infrastructure to allow these screens to load faster. We are rolling this out screen by screen throughout the product. Today, we have enabled this for the authentication methods and user management screens. Up next will be our solutions screens and other product areas like tenant security.
