Here are the release notes for this week’s RMM update, which is expected to be available to all partners by middle of the week:
Quickly See the Agent Version with a New North Pane Column
We’re adding a new column to RMM’s north pane so you can more easily see which agent versions your devices are on. It’s important to stay up to date with RMM’s GA Agent release cycles so that your devices support the latest RMM features, enhancements and bug fixes.
To see the agent version info, click ‘Columns’ then select ‘Agent Version’ to show the column in the north pane.
Due to continued issues with Microsoft Update KB5003173 we will be removing it from our Patching Engines. This means it will no longer be detectable, nor installable via PME.
Microsoft have superseded this patch with the release of KB5004476 which should be detected going forward.
We expect this change to roll out within the next 24 hours, with a further 6-10 hours for devices to update their detections.
We’re pleased to announce that N-able™ Backup Release 21.6 is now available, bringing extended data retention to Microsoft 365™ OneDrive® and SharePoint®, further improvements to the restore speed of OneDrive and Exchange™, and advance notice of coming operational email address changes.
Please be advised we will be pushing an update to activated N-central servers as of Wednesday June 16th for AV Defender (126.96.36.1990). This will be available for updates at this time. Release Notes will be available on the Community Resource Center following publication.
Passportal strives to discover potential vulnerabilities or weaknesses in our products and work to eliminate the risk of bad actors successfully exploiting such vulnerabilities.
After a close internal analysis of the Azure® and Microsoft 365™ sync feature that allows you to store and push password changes to Azure AD and Microsoft 365 synced accounts, we have categorized this as a potential vulnerability. To mitigate security risks, we have decided to temporarily discontinue the feature.
We’re currently working to reengineer and relaunch this feature.
We apologize for the inconvenience this creates. Additionally, we will continue to keep you updated.
