As of approximately 7 pm ET on October 5, the U.S. Passportal system was stabilized and available. We, unfortunately, experienced an additional outage this morning from approximately 8-8:40 am ET. While the system is currently stable, we are continuing to monitor while investigations continue and will provide regular updates throughout the day.
