To better serve our customers and deliver value as quickly as possible we are increasing our use of next generation cloud technology and processes such as Micro service frameworks, Release Management, and Continuous Delivery. What this means is that patches are likely to become smaller, lower impact, and more frequent.
It is important that we communicate not only the right communication but the right amount of communication. As such, starting today, we have revised our communication process for MSP Manager to provide us with the flexibility needed to keep you up to date whilst not inundate you with notifications while you work.
- Moving forward notification surrounding upcoming publishes, in the moment notifications during publish, changes to the system we will be using the following two locations.
- To get the current state of MSP Manager (i.e. up time) visit SolarWinds Service Status
- Release Notes will still be maintained on MSP Manager Releases
- Intercom will continue to be used for high priority issue notification and exciting news about the platform.
