We’re pleased to confirm a set of performance updates and bug fixes in this week’s SolarWinds RMM release. The release is now live in the Asia Pacific region and selected European territories. The US / Americas region and the majority of the European locations, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and the Nordic countries are due to follow in the next few days. We’ll let you know once the update is available in each territory.
In this release there’s a new option for the Feature Policy Report, so you can run it in the background and receive an email with a link to the report in CSV format once it has generated. This may help customers who manage large numbers of devices.
To use this feature, go to the Feature Policy Report in the Reports dropdown menu, then select CSV Export: now you’ll see a new option to run the report in the background.
Here are the release notes for this week’s update…

Dashboard v6.50.1

BUGFIX: Resolve issue where ConnectWise PSA integration was performing errant API calls
BUGFIX: Resolve issue with Autotask PSA integration when linking to tickets from outages
BUGFIX: Resolve display error when deleting devices that are PSA integrated
BUGFIX: Resolve UI error when editing Automated Tasks
BUGFIX: Resolve text display issue in Client Monthly Reports for selected customers in the German region
Note for Autotask PSA integrated users: We’ve switched to the latest ticket mechanism provided by Autotask. This means that Autotask tickets open in a pop-up window. To ensure these are not blocked by your browser or ad-blocking software, we would suggest allowing pop-ups from the Autotask domain.
How pop-ups are handled can depend on the browser. For a more detailed breakdown on how to achieve this we’ve added a new section to our help system: “Allow pop-ups for Autotask”
