Today’s Dashboard release contains a set of customer service improvements and bug fixes – please see the release notes below for details. The updates are now available in the Asia Pacific and European regions. The US territory is to follow in the next couple of days.
We’re also pleased to confirm that the enhancements to MSP Anywhere Take Control highlighted in this post are now live in all territories, as are the important enhancements to Dashboard security. The Backup & Recovery update mentioned here is released everywhere as well, except for the US territory – we expect to complete the update in the next few days.
In addition, we have a new Bitdefender engine that we’re planning to roll out to the Managed Antivirus service. This update will download automatically on current installs of Bitdefender Managed Antivirus, unless set otherwise in the policy. We’re planning to push this update around 8am EST on Wednesday, May 3, to the Australia region. The update can take up to 24 hours before being applied to the machines. We’ll then move on to the other territories over the following days.
Note that this Bitdefender update should not require a reboot. If any issues are encountered during the upgrade that do request a reboot, the reboot status will be reported up to the Remote Monitoring & Management dashboard. Please watch the dashboard for machines reporting a reboot request.
