Over the coming days, we’ll be rolling out the next Dashboard service release. The update contains a set of customer service priorities and bug fixes, including a new RC Agent with enhancements to the Antivirus Update Check for Symantec Endpoint Security and Kaspersky Security.
We encourage you to test the new RC Agent in your local environments first, before upgrading any customer systems. Please let us know if you discover any issues.
The update is currently rolling out in the European and UK territories, and will be available to those customers at the start of the working day tomorrow. The American and Asia Pacific regions are to follow separately in the next few days – we’ll post an update to let you know when the enhancements are available in each area.
