Further to our earlier post, the issue impacting the Patch Management Vulnerability scans has now been resolved.
Our Patch Management Service provider experienced an infrastructure issue causing Vulnerability scans to fail on some devices, with the error “Unable to collect scan data”.
The issue was resolved and a Patch released to resolve the issue in full.
Machines currently in this state should see the outage clear upon the next Vulnerability scan. On machines where this symptom persists, you can also perform a vulnerability scan on the device via “Edit Device > Patch Management > Run Vulnerability Scan or perform the bulk action on failing devices.
