We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MSP Remote Monitoring & Management on Saturday, 11th March. The work will affect RMM Dashboard access and services in the UK and European territories. Other regions are not affected. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours to minimise disruption.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- UK & Europe – 8:00pm to 1:00am GMT
During this time, the Dashboard is expected to be unavailable in the Germany region for up to an hour, between 9:00pm-10:00pm. The Dashboard will continue to be accessible in all other territories. The Remote Background Management and Mobile Device Monitoring features may experience an intermittent service disruption during the maintenance period in the UK and European region.
Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
