Our monitoring has alerted us to a degradation in performance for our European infrastructure for MSP Mail, which is affecting outbound filtering performance.
Whilst we investigate the cause of this issue, outbound mail delivery will take slightly longer than usual. Inbound mail filtering and acceptance will not be subject to these delays. Other datacenters are unaffected by this issue.
We are continuing to work on resolving this issue, and restoring outbound filtering performance to normal levels. We will post further updates to this situation when they become available.
