We are pleased to announce a service release update to the Web Protection product. This release is intended to reduce the “Installation Failed – Network Capture Not Started” and the Backup & Recovery (MOB) IP address blocking errors some RMM users have experienced.

A WP agent update change is rolling-out starting today  and will require no effort by our customers.
