**UPDATE: We’ve now enabled this feature for all Dashboard territories, so customers worldwide can start to receive the Backup Status emails from November 29th onward.**
We’re pleased to announce that in follow up to our recent post, we’ve started to turn on the new backup status notification emails for Managed Online Backup in MSP RMM. So far we’ve enabled this for customers in Ireland, UK and mainland Europe, and we’re planning to roll it out to all regions next week.
Our European customers who’ve already turned the feature on by selecting a frequency and entering one or more email addresses in Backup Manager will start to receive the status updates from tomorrow onward. Here’s an example of the email you’ll receive:
