Starting 1:00 PM (US EST) on 16-November-2016 through 4:00 PM (US EST) MSP Risk Intelligence reporting system experienced an outage. The outage is now resolved.
SolarWinds MSP RMM On-premise and Cloud, as well as the standalone MSP Risk Intelligence system, were impacted. All scans have completed on schedule as expected but the reporting may be delayed.
Customers scanning devices in the MSP Risk Intelligence product and MSP RMM On-premise (previously n-Able) products may have experienced their dashboards displaying a duration of “incomplete” for an extended time. The scans have completed and the reporting system will update shortly to allow viewing of the device scan reports.
Customers scanning devices in the MSP RMM Cloud (previously LOGICnow) dashboard will see an error “51002 Error running scan” on the south pane Task tab associated with the scan. The scans have completed; however,the task will display this message until the task is manually run or re-run at the scheduled frequency.
