We’ve been notified by our hosting partner that they’ll be performing essential maintenance to their systems on Sunday, 20th November. This work will impact the MSP Backup & Recovery service in the European region. Other regions are not affected.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- Europe – 1:00am to 6:00 AM CET
We expect downtime of up to 3 hours to the installed and web versions of the Cloud Management Console, during which time you may not be able to log into the system. Reporting and status emails may also be affected during this period.
The actual backups that run on endpoint devices are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during this time.
