There appears to be an ISP issue related to the Virgin Media network, http://downdetector.co.uk/problems/virgin-media, which is affecting Dashboard access at this time. We suspect this is having a knock-on affect on other Internet Service Providers across the region. We’re continuing to work on the issue from our side to try and restore Dashboard access for customers who’re not able to to log into the system currently.
