MSP RMM: Web Protection Outage – US/Americas Only – RESOLVED

This outage is now resolved. The Web Protection services have been scaled up and normal operation has resumed.

The Web Protection product will sustain a expected 2-hour outage starting 2:30 PM (US Eastern) and extending until 4:30 PM, today 19-October-2016.

This outage is required to allow us to scale up the supporting Web Protection services to handle unanticipated volume of connections and data.

Expected MSP customer impact: Web Protection results, alerting, reports and policy management will be unavailable during this period.

Expected MSP end-user impact: End users should not be directly impacted by this outage. Normal web browsing experience and protection will continue as expected.
