MSP RMM: Web Protection Issue – Americas Only – Bandwidth Check – RESOLVED

We have completed the Web Protection bandwidth check outage earlier than expected. The US/Americas only bandwidth checks are again operational.

The hourly Web Protection bandwidth checks will not occur due to a system outage. Beginning 8:00 PM (US Eastern) 18-Oct-2016 and extending until 8:00 PM (US Eastern) 20-Oct-2016. This outage will only impact the Americas territory.

This outage is specific to the Bandwidth Check feature only. All other Web Protection features will continue to operate as expected.
