Today’s Dashboard update contains a set of customer service priorities, with a particular focus on Web Protection improvements. We’re addressing the issue several customers reported whereby DNS servers were restricting web access on endpoint devices. We’re also updating the service to use port 443 going forward, instead of port 2316.
The release is currently rolling out and will be available to all customers by tomorrow, Friday 14th. Please allow for 1 to 2 days for the Web Protection service to update itself and for the improvements to take effect.
