We’re pleased to announce that the new Mac Agent, v2.0 RC, is now available in the MAX RM Dashboard to download and install on Apple Macs. This new Mac RC Agent extends the Dashboard’s real-time architecture to the Mac ecosystem, bringing it into line with Windows and setting the stage for future enhancements to the Mac platform. To find out more about this update, click here.
Today’s release also includes a set of improvements to the Site Concentrator feature, designed to make it easier to deploy, more robust, and ultimately more useful. Please note that the Site Concentrator enhancement requires the new Windows RC Agent (v10.5.1). The previous blog post has more details on this update as well.
The release is currently rolling out across the Dashboard territories and will be available to all customers by tomorrow, October 13th. We very much hope you take advantage of these enhancements, and encourage you to test the new RC Agents and share any feedback you may have.
