We’ve been alerted to an issue with the Vipre-powered Managed Antivirus service in MAX Remote Management. Its threat definitions have not updated since version 52030. We’re working with our partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will post further updates on this blog once we have new information to share.

The Bitdefender-powered Managed Antivirus service is not affected by this issue and is performing as normal.
