9:15AM Pacific / 5:15PM GMT — Inbound mail flow at the California datacenter is operating normally and has been stable since yesterday late morning local time.  We believe that the primary culprits for the issues seen earlier this week have been identified and remediated.  We are continuing to monitor and will update this site if there are any changes.
