Issues with Telephone Connectivity to Support

We’ve been alerted that some users are experiencing issues with telephone connectivity to Technical Support. While we are working with service providers to resolve the issue, customers having trouble dialing in may also use our online Chat, form submission, and Portal submissions, as they continue to function without issue. We will update this status page as we have more information on resolution or timeline. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the MAX Focus experience.
