As previously announced, we’re planning to perform essential systems maintenance to MAX Remote Management on Saturday, 27th August. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours for each region. The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- UK & Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am BST
- North & South America – 2:00am to 6:00am EDT
- Hong Kong & Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
We’ll be applying a set of software updates during this time, which could result in brief periods of disruption to the MAX RM Dashboard while individual servers are updated and restarted.
Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
