MAX RM: Dashboard Connectivity Issue – Resolved

We experienced connectivity issues in our datacenter between 0608 and 0616 UTC. Our alerting systems alerted us of the problems, and our team identified this was an issue with our host provider. Further investigation has confirmed that this was caused by routine maintenance by our host provider. Our provider did not expect outages as a result of this maintenance. We are actively engaged with our host provider to understand the steps they are taking to prevent maintenance like this impacting our customers going forward. This affected access for customers using our UK, European and German dashboards.
