MAX RM Mobile Apps… Introducing LOGICcards

We’re pleased to announce the next update to the MAX Remote Management mobile apps, with the addition of LOGICcards for both Android and iOS. Now you can view targeted, data-driven insights on the move and while on site at your clients.

The cards are automatically filtered to just show those related to clients in your ‘Client Group’. You can snooze, dismiss and assign cards directly from the app. You can also search across their contents to quickly find specific info such as security alerts.

In addition to LOGICcards, we’re also introducing a new ‘Failed Checks’ view, which sits alongside Problem Servers and Problem Workstations. It offers a single, consolidated list of all failing checks across all clients (within a user’s Client Group of course), so you can quickly jump to failing checks across your client base to look into a particular issue.

Installed apps will update based on your mobile settings. If you haven’t downloaded the new MAX RM mobile apps yet, be sure to give them a go!

Release Notes:

  • Introducing LOGICcards – actionable, data driven insights for MSPs on the go
  • A new ‘Failed Checks’ option within the ‘Problems’ section, allowing you to see and search all failing checks across all Clients
  • App icons update
  • Known Issue: In the Android version, chart graphics in a minority of LOGICcards have a display issue and may extend off the screen. We’re working to resolve this bug.
