Update on MAX MailArchive in EMEA

Our engineering team has restored the archive search functionality in the EU with one minor exception – customers may still have difficulty searching by message tag. We are in the process of updating the underlying infrastructure for the archive indexes, which we believe will reduce the chances of a recurrence.
