MAX RM – Domain change for Agent download – Firewall whitelist update may be required

To provide consistent, highly available and high speed downloads of the Agent and other supporting software, LOGICnow makes use of Amazon CloudFront to provide multiple geographically located download addresses, listed below.

If you are whitelisting internet access by domain, then please add the following to your whitelist:

This is to ensure you can continue to download the MAX RM Monitoring Agent and other related services when installing the agent.

CloudFront is strictly used for downloading software from, it is not used in any way to receive or host data.

These addresses are served by a range of IP addresses, making use of the full capability of Amazon’s delivery network. If you need to whitelist IP addresses with your firewall then you can find the latest set by visiting https://ip-ranges.amazonaws.com/ip-ranges.json and filtering for entries marked CLOUDFRONT.
