Issues with I-3 Mail Server

12:45 AM Pacific / 8:45 AM GMT — Our engineers are currently troubleshooting an issue with the disk subsystem on the I-3 mail server used for their email hosting by a small number of MAX Mail customers.  It will likely take a number of hours until the disk issues are resolved.  During that time, the I-3 mail customers will not be able to send or receive mail through the I-3 mail server, but no messages should be lost and those customers can use the continuity feature within the MAX Mail control panel to both review any incoming messages in queue and to send new messages as necessary.
