We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MAX RemoteManagement on Saturday, 12th March. The schedule for this maintenance work is as follows:
- Territory Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am GMT
- Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am ET
- Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
During this time, customers may experience brief periods of service disruption to the MAX RM Dashboard. Customers in the UK may experience a longer outage of around 30 minutes during the maintenance window.
The services on end-point devices such as Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
