We’re seeing a service issue with the ‘Scans’ tab section of Managed Antivirus for customer Dashboards in the European region. For devices running Bitdefender Managed Antivirus, the ‘Scans’ section on the Antivirus tab in the south pane is currently not returning results.
In all other respects the Managed Antivirus service is running as normal, and endpoint devices are protected. Territories outside of Europe are not affected.
We’re investigating the cause of the problem and we will post an update as soon as one is available.
