During this 30 minute maintenance window, our SMS provider anticipates that there will be up to 5 minutes of downtime or delay, during which time the MAX RM Dashboard will not be able to send SMS text alerts to customers. This maintenance only affects customers in North America, all other territories and systems are unaffected.
