We’re seeing a service issue with Managed Antivirus on customer Dashboards in a number of countries in the European region. For devices running Bitdefender Managed Antivirus, the Antivirus tab in the south pane is blank.
In all other respects the Managed Antivirus service is running as normal, and endpoint devices are protected. Other territories outside of Europe are not affected.
We’re investigating the cause of the problem and we will post an update as soon as one is available.
