We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MAX RemoteManagement on Saturday, 12 December, in keeping with our monthly maintenance schedule.
The schedule for this maintenance work is as follows:
- Territory Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am GMT
- Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am ET
- Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
We don’t anticipate any interruption to services, but some performance degradation is possible during the maintenance window. During this time we’ll be upgrading indexes on tables related to system performance. As always we aim to keep service impact to a minimum.
The services on end-point devices such as Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection are not affected and will continue to perform as usual during this period.
