MAX RM: Scheduled Maintenance, Saturday 10 October

We are planning to perform scheduled maintenance to MAX RemoteManagement on Saturday, 10 October, in keeping with the new systems maintenance schedule.

The schedule for this maintenance is as follows:

  • Territory Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am BST
  • Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am ET
  • Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST

During this time we will be performing database maintenance and restarting servers. We expect some service interruption to the MAX RM environment during the first hour of this window. We will aim to keep any service impact to a minimum, and we don’t expect disruption during the rest of the maintenance period.

The services on end-point devices such as Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection will continue to perform as normal during this period.
