Hello – we wanted to provide an update on our MAX RM Active Discovery Service Release…

We have rolled this out across most regions and you should see your Active Discovery agents starting to take this update, if they have not already.  However, we have decided to temporarily hold off on the release in our US region until Wednesday, September 16 ~6pm EST so that we can perform an infrastructure upgrade tonight, September 15 ~8pm EST.  With this infrastructure upgrade, we will have an outage in our US region for ~15 minutes.

Please note that this outage impacts the US only and will only impact the Networks tab.  This outage will not impact other services of the dashboard.  The US rollout will begin tomorrow afternoon and agents will then start receiving the update shortly after.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
