5:00am Pacific — For the last 90 minutes, we have detected some delays with mail processing in the European data centers as well as latency within the control panel due to hardware failure of one of the back-end systems. We have isolated the problem and both mail flow and control panel performance should now be normalized. The North American data centers were unaffected by this issue.
