Resolution of Load Issues at California Datacenter

4:00pm Pacific — The engineering team was able to isolate the source of the increased load at the California datacenter, and has mitigated the issue. Our monitoring has shown that message processing times have stabilized at normal operating speeds, though we will continue to monitor and will take any additional action necessary. No messages would have been lost during the affected time period, though some messages could have been delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
